While the future is still speculative at best, the future of legal online poker in the United States is certainly brighter than it has been in the past two years.

As many of you already know bodog poker have had an estimate of 8 weeks before payments have been issued to players.

They are working very hard on this and they announced today that the payout delay now are down to 4 weeks.

Also they are working even harder to shrink those 4 weeks to less but exactly how low is hard to say.

If you have any questions about bodog and payouts please post about it here.

Thanks

The immediate impact in the market (Online Poker) was a positive one, suggesting that investors believe the elections will increase the potential for legal, regulated online gaming in the US.

Obama victory may lead to more open markets in the US.

Yea im very late on certain parts for watching this movie NOW for the very first time.

Cool movie and recommends it to anyone that likes texas holdem or poker in general.

Great movie, a little naive with respect to the game but it is for the general public, excellent John Malkovich and the poker tell is hilarious, girl friend boring, best friend so dangerous to be with...Memorable.

Right now, the Poker Players Alliance (PPA) is preparing for a potential lawsuit against the UIGEA because its vagueness will likely force banks and other payment processors to over-block lawful Internet poker transactions.

Las Vegas needs a pick me up. The city has seen their casino industry fall into oblivion thanks to the recent economic woes of the country. They will get a little shot in the arm coming up at the end of December.

The next installment of High Stakes Poker, the popular television series, will be taped at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas. It will be filmed from December 19th to the 21st.

Patrick Antonius has the last months lost alot of money playing online poker, especially on full tilt poker. He had a strong positon earlier this year and made alot instead of losing. Wonder what's going on, or maybe his competitors reads him better now and has changed their strategy while playing with Patrick.

What do you think, has the other top players begun to understand his strategy ?
