Britain's Playtech Ltd a supplier of software to online gaming companies, is establishing a foothold in the Italian poker market after signing a licensing deal with Italy's Snai S.r.l.

Playtech said in a statement it would provide Snai, which runs a network of 6,000 betting shops in Italy, with its entire portfolio of tournament poker game software.

So how many winners do we have on the board ? :1orglaugh

Well from experience not everyone can win, but you can tell us a little about when you did win some money.

Did you go all-in on a cash game no limit ? Or did you place well in a tournament ?

Common guys and gals tell us, we live to hear some good poker stories.

Cheers

This is an amazing story about a german player hitting the bad beat jackpot record of all time, thursday 14th aug.

The new record that was beaten it all time was $1,013,381.63

The german player "judith75" hit quad 9's and lost against a royal flush that a scottish guy "Hiyall" had. Last but not least a 3d guy on the table sat with a full house.

The win came on a $0.50/$1 table and the pot alone was only worth $24.

judith75 from germany won $354,683.57
Hiyall from scotland won $177,341.79
The other players at the table won $22,167.72

Amazing story, please comment!

What would you do in judith75's shoes and $300,000 big ones ?

You should not download without any prior research. You first have to determine whether the software you are downloading is compatible with your computer’s cleaning business and software. Most poker websites publish the system requirements of their software so their customers would know if it will work or not. Any unpleasant situations will result in one less customer........

I'm not a high-stakes player, but I put on the occasional $50 when I'm bored lol.

Just recently I placed 2nd in a $3.30 tournament and got $42, my biggest online win haha

Not too long ago I took $10 to a hold'em ring game, had KK and got 2 all-ins preflop, called, and won an easy $20

That's all for me lol

2 in a row the other night. Flop 2, A, K. I had 3 aces on the flop, guys calls with a q,2 offsuit and gets 2 on turn and q on riv.

Next hand, i'm low stack, A, 10. Opponent A, 4. You guessed it he wins with a pair of fours.

I guess thats poker.

Take care,

Big Jay

But wouldn't the 2 on the turn give you a better full house? lol

DUBLIN has been named the best poker-playing city in Europe, according to the game's biggest-selling magazine.
Bluff Europe chose Dublin for the title ahead of last year's winner, London. Amsterdam, Vienna and Barcelona filled the remaining top five slots.

The choice did not go down well in London, which has the largest poker scene in Europe. 😄

One group that Obama should have no trouble getting support from. Are American poker players. A recent poll indicates that poker players in the U.S. will vote for Obama over McCain at a two to one clip.
