Letterman certainly has the right to 'joke' :bully:

Antigua and Barbuda has been in a battle with the US over what they believed was illegal activity by the US government. Now it appears that Antigua may have legal problems of their own when it comes to Internet gambling.

The director of the Financial Services Regulatory Commission has been suspended from his job indefinitely for his relationship with Allen Stanford, a finance tycoon who recently has been exposed for his shady practices.

Antigua has already won a battle with the US through the World Trade Organization. They have been attempting to receive the back money owed to them from the US, but the attempts have fallen short.

Italy’s online gambling market is beginning to look much more solid, with licensing and taxation becoming more transparent, the product offering better, and much less concern over the country’s already large bureaucratic interference in the industry's everyday operations.

The Massachusetts Treasurer told a gathering of accountants to expect lawmakers to pass some sort of legal gambling bill in the next session. Tim Cahill said in a speech to the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants that he *will be shocked* if the legislature doesn't vote to expand gambling in the next fiscal year.
