Ever go to Las Vegas? If you have you know that one of the things people do there is calculate their odds of winning the jackpot. Sometimes they're lucky and other times, ......they barely get out with the clothes on their back. Well, buying health insurance is pretty much the same. If you have insurance and you find yourself in poor health or have an accident, you're covered, at least in part. No insurance and you could end up bankrupt. (It's the main cause of bankruptcies in the U.S.)

Like the Supporting Actress award, the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor also came with pomp, circumstance and a lot of ass kissing. Let's not forget these people are actors.

Now for the Big Kahuna's: Danny Boyle earned Best Director for Slumdog Millionaire. And - the big news of the night. Sixth time was a charm for Kate Winslet, who after five Oscar losses, finally earned her prize for The Reader. She gave a heartfelt speech, asking her father to whistle so she could see him in the crowd, which he immediately did. Sean Penn got a well-deserved Actor in a leading role Oscar for his performance in Milk. AND the winner for Best Picture - Slumdog Millionaire. So it was a Slumdog sweep, folks - taking eight Oscars!

Slumdog Millionaire = eight Oscars 😟
Online betting site Bookmaker betters were reported to be getting $1.12 back for every $1 bet on Brown going to jail for allegedly beating Rihanna whilst when betting $1 on Brown not going to jail $2.35 would be given back. That’s -850 for Brown going to jail and +130 that he will escape jail time.
(Odds are relatively high considering Brown has only been charged with making criminal threats and not for beating Rihanna but it is believed that more charges against him are pending).

Sorry if this has been posted already, Just wondering what everyone thought of the new .01/.02 tables ftp has put up.
I used to like playing them on PS, but I love the ftp software and always wondered why they never had the concept.
These are also great for the people who place lo in the money in freerolls to maybe have a better start to building their bankrolls.
Thanks Ix, for the chances you give us
I cant say much about the new micro limit but I think this setup caters to a more wide public and may work better in the long run. Ftp is already packed with players 24/7 but it wont get worse.
The players that are used to play on 2/4 or 5/10 etc will keep on playing on their usual limits, they wont lower just because ftp launch a new micro limit.
I also believe this will be a much better start for all newbies and those wanting to learn the game from scratch.
Anyway it wont affect full tilt poker negatively.
We are doing our best to to offer players entertaining freerolls, skill and fun wise.
Thanks for the kind words (to be honest we cant get enough of positive feedback).:1orglaugh
