It is impossible to enforce a ban on internet gambling and so such a ban is 'null and void', according to a German court. The Court of Appeal in the state of Hessen reversed a ruling from a lower court banning an Austrian firm from operating.

This is a big step for the French gambling community. Hopefully, the agreement will forever change both parties' perspective about the issue.

They most likely have a different reason for imposing a ban on internet gambling.

At first, I thought online bingo is safer because you don't have to see other people for money transactions. Later I realize that it's the same with playing bingo at bingo halls since anything can happen if we don't know how to take care of our winnings.

It was announced on Friday that Playtech signed a three-year deal that would provide poker and specialist player-to-player games to an Asian online gambling firm. The name of the company has not yet been released.

The online gambling markets in South and Latin America have so far largely been uncharted territory on the strategic maps of many global gambling companies. But as the global market environments and regulations change rapidly, more and more eyes also turn to alternative online gambling markets beyond the traditional key markets in the US and Europe.

As long as online gambling will keep on rolling, those alternatives will most likely be chosen.
