The early Euroleague on Wednesday promises to be an exciting match. Baskonia shook up the market this summer by adding Laso to their team, with Sedas, Howard, and Moneke remaining as the core of the team. They also added a couple of good players, but the team still seems to focus mainly on offense every year. Howard, as always, receives a lot of freedom to play his game and performs better when scoring, but there are no significant additions to their defense. Zvėzda invested in their offense last year and this year they have focused on defense, with a strong lineup, but their defense is still not shining. Both teams have opened the Euroleague with high scoring games and have many good defenders, so I don't expect a defensive match here either.
