Cluj unexpectedly lost the first game by an 11-point margin. The shots didn't fall and the Greeks built a strong advantage. However, this should be a different story. Cluj is a significantly stronger team and should retaliate to qualify for the main tournament. I'm taking -11.5, because with -11 there would still be overtime, and a smaller handicap wouldn't make sense either, as at the end of a smaller margin, they would purposely commit fouls.
