I think a good suggestion would be to have the newbies be on some kind of parole for a while maybe 5 months then if they are worthy grant them the clemensy of being able to play. Password crashers wont wait 5 months to try to stick around they will give up... Your normal good ppl are suffering because of snap decisions made by your moderator..😡

I too would love to know when I will be "activated". Not that I usually have time to play the freerolls, but just to have the opportunity on occassion would be nice. ANyways, thanks for the opportunity to discuss.

Many sites have a posting rule which is a good thing for the dedicated members.

It should have been done a long long time ago. This is a mistake we will remember. But things have changed and now it's time to stop look in past and start looking into the future.

Just want to say a step in the right direction. You will probably see some of the older members return. Only question is what was the real reason there were so many people in the freerolls. If it was because of easy access you may have fixed your problem however if it was password thieves then the fix may not work as soon as a few of them are granted access to the password in the new manner just a thought.

Thanks for clearing that up angie. Wasn't sure if we were being pre-registered or if there was simply a special annoucment for those who qualified.
I am also an older member who gave up but is now back.

2, Have patience !

just doing that,
things will get accomplished quicker

If you have read any other of the numerous threads and postings about the freerolls you would have come across at least a few that said that one of the things required to become eligible, in addition to meaningful activity and participation in the forum, is a modicum of PATIENCE.

There is no bit that automatically gets set in your account profile once to reach a certain number of posts; that is a process done manually by the admins and mods here and there isn't an ARMY of them to be able to read all your posts, see if they're sufficiently contributing, and get everyone certified at once. It is a small number of people keeping the place running, so it may take some time; maybe even more than a week or so.

Trust us, if you are making quality contributions you will be able to join in the games in the near future and it will be well worth it compared to what you're used to in other freerolls. The one thing that doesn't get anyone anywhere is by moaning, complaining and b_tching about the fact that you're not allowed into the games yet. . .

Thanks for your help Marco but now I'm more confused. This is a quote from ixgames in the Doyles Room sticky:-

'Ones you have full access visit the private poker freerolls forum where there's more information on where to add your account name to play in the doyles room freerolls.'

So how can you get that information in early if you have to be upgraded first in order to access the private poker freerolls forum?
