I don't like golf, so I don't really follow Tiger Woods carreer.
But if he was drunk and took his car (sport car I guess), then I think he has no excuse.
The problem is not that he risked his own life, but that he was risking everybody else life who could have crossed him that night.

My little brother died in a car accident, he was passenger not driver, so he was 0% responsible, there are a lot of deaths every day.

I'm not a Tiger Woods hater up front. From someone who has watched the cops lynch old white men by sitting outside bars and waiting for them to leave drunk driving and pull them over to ruin their already otherwise uneventful lives, I have to say that this is pure bullshizle. Leaving your home at 2:30AM and hitting a tree, etc. when there is no bad weather nor anyone else involved and you are a professional golfer who "everyone" just loves apparently makes you exempt from normal treatment. They didn't check his BAC and have NO excuse for not doing so except that it is "Tiger Woods!". If it was Nicole Ritchie or Lyndsay Lohan they woulda been breathalized, taken in, mug shot taken and sat in jail all night until Daddy come to get them out. Total bullshizle! Oh yeah and driving a Caddy? I thought he had a deal with Buick?

So tiger woods is in the hospital with injuries to his face after running his car into a tree at two in the morning. Police say no alcohol was invoved but I am not so sure that is the case. Hopefully he will be alright.
