Hi guys, maybe someone know what is the difference between balance and available balance?
Hi idlepick, your balance represents the total amount notionally available to you, assuming you have no current or outstanding transactions. Your Available balance represents the balance on your Skrill digital wallet less the sum of any Skrill Card authorisations that haven’t been settled yet.
Your available balance represents the maximum amount you can currently spend using your Skrill Card. Also remember that your account limits and the card limits also apply.

Thanks BB, very helpful answer.
My eperiences with skrill not very good, I think it's the worst customer service with no resolution to over a 4 figure sum transferring from my account without authorization. They were notified without 24 hours and when they decide to do anything about it, they say the funds are out of there system so cannot recover or refund. Worst company I have ever known. I will never recommend them to anyone ever again and will not be using there unsafe service again.
Are you sure that it's skrill fault? Maybe recipient get money and cash out it?
Which e-wallet better, skrill or neteller?
Some likes neteller some skrill, both is good and safe.
I can't log in to skrill, the page gets stuck any one else got this problem?
I had some issues with login but i called skrill support and they fixed it. You can try it too
