I contacted them still no response so y can't someone here help me

I have followed the instructions and cannot find the password to the freerolls; this is very confusing and not very user friendly. Does anyone have any idea how to crack the code on how to find out information without going through all these changes.

I contacted bodog and this is their response The IX Games $327 Freeroll Tournament is being run by an affiliate for their clients. Unfortunately, if you are not a client of that affiliate, you cannot register for this tournament. We do, however, offer a number of other freerolls and points tournaments with equal or greater prizes to this affiliate tournament. We do not have the information on the password for ixgames as this password was setup by them. You will need to contact ixgames affiliate directly for this information.
