The Turks convinced me that they are a more capable team than the Hungarians. They played a great game before the period day at home against opponents that I also admire for the Hungarians, and I think they can win away as well. If they play as they did in the first game there is a high chance they will beat Peru, and the high odds given for the Turks make me believe it's worth at least putting a symbolic bet.
