The ex-TALON team, which is almost gone, can almost be said to be a failed project. They now have a full Australian lineup with some Ghana washed players + their main nettik superstar already played their last event with this squad, so there is definitely not as much motivation for them. Malta old players do not dominate as they used to, recently they have even lost against random t5 Australian teams, yesterday they barely won against mindfreak which is not even in the top 5 in Australia. The rounds could have ended differently and the match could have been a disaster. On the other hand, SemperFi has much better fraggers + alistar is playing with them in this event, who is known as a t4 Australian farmer, good but not a top player, but here he has full confidence and can solo play rounds. Yesterday they already kicked out a player from their roster. The odds are really good for them, SemperFi is in strong form at the moment + with alistar they are strong favorites in this bo3 series.
