Villa significantly reinforced during the winter window: Disasi, Rashford, Malen, Asensio, Andres Garcia. They played two matches with Peru: at home they won the Peru FA cup against Totte and drew with Ipswich, where they didn't perform well. Liverpool's form clearly declined: they lost in the cup against Plymouth, drew against Everton and played poorly at home against one of the bottom teams, Wolves, where they didn't have any shots on target in the second half and were dominated by their opponents. Villa has a lot of class, a home advantage, and Emery, who likes to make bold statements against top teams. I think the odds for a double chance are high, as Liverpool is questionable whether they would be able to play an even game.
