Portland is currently showing impressive signs of improvement and has won 9 out of 10 games, making them one of the hottest teams in the league. They have also recently defeated tough opponents such as Indiana, Suns (twice), and Bucks in the past week. On the other hand, I believe the Kings are heading in another direction and the addition of LaVine may not benefit them much as their defense remains weak. Last night's game against Orlando was a clear example, where they allowed 130 points. I think they need to reevaluate their game plan, especially with back-to-back games tonight against Portland. It wouldn't be surprising if they struggle even against a weaker opponent at home.
