3dmax looks in decent shape. Although their opponents weren't strong in PLAY IN, they were easily defeated and qualified for the main tournament. Vitality made some roster changes, and it may take some time for them to develop chemistry. They played well online, but struggled offline against EF. I think it will take some time for Vitality to reach their optimal form, although it's hard to predict what to expect from them at times.
