Even though this match is of much greater importance for the Dortmund team according to the tournament table, I do not believe that Bologna will just give up because this is still their last home match in the CL and it is unclear when they will have another chance. And they will surely want to fight and at least get some points. Looking at the teams, Bologna has not been playing a better season, but they are capable of competing with bigger clubs. Recently, they even tied with Inter. Looking further at their team, they have been on par with teams like Atalanta in Serie A. Juventus only managed a draw against them, while Dortmund has had a terrible season, especially away from home in the Bundesliga with only 5 points out of 8 matches. On paper, they seem to be doing well in the CL, but they have only managed to beat teams of medium to lower level calibre (Brugge, Zagreb). In general, their success against average/lower level teams has been achieved, perhaps, against the better team they defeated, Celtic.
