Sporting without Amorim looks very bad, with only 1 win and since then Portugal has dropped from 1st to 3rd place in the league, not only losing but losing to teams that they usually dominate, which clearly shows that they are no longer the unstoppable team that seemed to guarantee champion titles. Benfica is coming, so it is a very important match and I don't think Sporting is ready to win against such a strong opponent. Benfica has only lost 1 league game since the beginning of autumn, showing impressive form and with a win against Peru they could move up to 1st place. At the moment, I believe Benfica is the better Portuguese team and will most likely take the important win.
