Both teams are struggling this season, mainly because both teams simply can't find their form after conceding 15 and 16 goals respectively in the first 8 rounds of the Bundesliga, which are some of the worst defensive records in the entire league. Leverkusen continues to show fantastic gameplay in their attack, while Stuttgart is also improving, but still has room for improvement as they have conceded 3 losses in a row, including against Juventus. In the last 3 head-to-head matches, the scores have been 2-2, 3-2, and 2-2, and I have noticed that these teams often play an open attacking style, which will likely result in more goals.
