After a tough start, Rytas managed to pull through and demonstrate some really good basketball. Despite a challenging game against Nevezis last weekend, they have shown that they can compete with the best, even with Zalgiris. This week, Siauliai broke their losing streak of 4 games against Neptunas, but Rytas is on a completely different level. In the past week, Rytas didn't have to play, while Siauliai had a tough game against Mazeikiai and had to use a lot of energy to overcome a 15-point deficit in the 4th quarter. In the series against Siauliai, Rytas had a lot of success, but now it's time for them to face reality.
