Maccabi Tel Aviv - Anadolu Efes

Some kind of cosmic coefficient for Anadolu Efes. I don't see why Maccabi should be considered favorites. They don't have home court advantage and will be without Lloyd. The rookie will probably make his debut, but he won't be fully integrated into the game yet. Anadolu Efes will want to bounce back after losing to Fenerbahce. The coefficient is definitely worth the risk, and I'm going with the Istanbul team.
