Vytautas Sinica, as the main figure in the debates, performed quite well. In recent years, politics in Europe have been moving strongly to the right, and while Lithuania's TS-LKD may seem like conservatives, they are actually more centrist than right-wing. This may appear as a good alternative for voters on the right who do not want to vote for pro-Russian radical parties and want to have their voice heard in the parliament.
