It seems like Monaco is not expecting a typical beginning of the season. Milan also isn't the team that instills confidence, but they have all of their players lined up as usual. Their defense may seem a bit weak, but without James and Calathes, I'm not sure what Monaco will do. Okobo and Strazeliu don't strike me as players who can lead the team, and personally, Korkmaz, who was bought, doesn't seem like he will deliver in Europe.
