Premier League. Crystal Palace versus Leicester. We are betting that at least one team will not score.
Crystal Palace has been wasting many of their chances and has only scored 2 goals in 3 matches. This has not allowed them to win any matches in the Premier League season so far. Crystal Palace has always had a strong defense, but after Andersen's departure, it seems a bit more vulnerable. However, there have been many failures in their matches as well. This will be a great opportunity to finally get a win and at home, but in order to do so, they will need to keep their goal clean.
Leicester, on the other hand, is overperforming in terms of goals. In 3 matches, they have scored 3 goals and have scored in every match, but let's look at the statistics. Against Tottenham, they only had 7 shots and 3 on target, and we all saw how lucky they were to come out with a draw (the expected goals were only 1.15). In the next match against Fulham - 10 shots, 4 on target, 0.47 xG, and they still scored. In the final match against Aston Villa - 9 shots, 3 on target, 0.24 xG, and another goal. From the statistics, we can see that they don't create many chances and often the chances they do get are not very good, but somehow they still manage to score. Their defense is not bad either, but they are not impenetrable.
I see Crystal Palace getting a clean sheet, but in order for them to win, I think they finally need to keep a clean goal. I'm not ruling out the possibility that Crystal Palace may not score either, as mentioned before, their chances are often wasted. However, this bet is more based on Leicester's failures.
