NBA Summer League.

I'm choosing the over here. Both teams have potential in offense and while they can also play well in defensive schemes, today I am expecting a more attacking style of basketball. Let's say that every other game is played efficiently, with previous games being heavily under and the results not being high. They should run a lot against each other today, and both teams have decent scorers as well.
