Two teams without a win yet in this tournament and competing for the 21st position. In the first round, Ukraine crushed all of their opponents, but when weaker opponents came, they showed some weaknesses and still lost to their opponents. Israel fought against all their opponents, but always seemed to lack something. Overall, teams with similar abilities, Ukraine appears weaker, but they will have a chance to prove themselves and will try to do so, while Ghana seems to have a high handicap.
