B division quarterfinals. The tournament is taking place in Kosovo. The hosts appear weak, but nothing unusual since they are the youngest team in the tournament. The main core of the team consists of players aged 16-18. Therefore, it is physically challenging to compete against older opponents. The team does not have high hopes, as they barely beat the Bulgarians in the group stage and lost to one of the tournament favorites, the Finns, by 12 points. Luxembourg had an easy group with the Turks and Belgians, and they easily defeated both opponents. Therefore, they are considered the top favorites, but in my opinion, a 15-point goal difference seems too high.
