I agree that Keys is better here, but I strongly doubt such dominant handicaps. American players usually win with minimal differences and often go to tiebreakers, as they can't break their opponent's serve. They typically just take their own games. If Wang Y. won't make too many double faults, I think the handicap would be maximum 3-4 games.
