England has a strong defense, last year they hadn't let in a single goal until the semi-finals, and now they got one against the Danes, but that was because of a classic strike that the Slovenians won't be able to repeat, as they don't have the skill in attack. Slovenia won't take any risks and will come here to hold their ground, as they cannot afford to let in 3 goals in order to advance to the next stage. Unless they receive a lucky bounce or deflection, I don't see them scoring.
