At the ATP Halle tournament on the grass, the French duo clearly dominated their opponents in the first round, showing that they can play at a high level on this surface. However, the top-seeded duo, a pair of stars, had a dramatic battle in the first round, defeating one of the tournament favorites in a tense tiebreak (7-9, 11-9). They do not plan on stopping today.
