As many know Karatsev is like Berankis, when he goes in form he can beat anyone and sometimes he can get 2-0 in 5 tournaments in a row, but here I see that he is trying and I think Bonzi will definitely be beat. In good form Karatsev should easy win 2-0 and even any -4.5 game so i guess for Karatsev but this time I think 2-0 and should be the best option. Karatsev win against my opinion better tennis player Rune and with Bonzi will be easier.
