Liverpool team is practically playing with the same squad second season in a row and they are tired, especially M.Salah. Man City can more rotate their squad. Both teams like playing attacking style of football. However, I think City will win 2:1 or the game will end in a draw 2:2. Liverpool team hasn't lost their last 43 games at home but I think it is finally going to happen. City won 22 of last 25 games in EPL.
