A lot of you played the IX razz freeroll. I heard a lot of people say they just didn't understand the game that well. Well the only way to get better is practice. So for those of you who want to sharpen their game there is a nightly Razz tourney on Absolute poker for 3000 play chips. It usually has about 70-80 players and pays 8 places. It is by far the best practice table I've found. There is a core group that plays on a regular basis of about 30. There are some newbies that have no clue (love those guys). So if you want to get better at this interesting and yes, frustrating game, join me at AP.
BTW...my screen name on AP is TALLSEAS2.

Thx for the tips i like that game alot u give some great pointers
If you know the % 'n whatnot in razz you will win.
Usually within a couple blind levels or less, you can tell who knows the game 'n who doesnt.
There are relatively few lines of play in razz compared to any of the other games.
Fewer oppertunites to bluff but they're there. Say you have aces in the hole, usually a muck when you've a pair hidden, but, having two aces means there are only two other aces out there. draw your own conclusions.
Razz is a good game that relies heavily on solid numbers.
