Do the player profiles, ie fish stations rocks bombs sharks etc; have anthing in common with the speed that each group bets and the betting patterns that they follow.

If the question is does a players profile and the time they take to bet and betting patterns online correlate into a certain betting pattern or "Tell".
I would say if they are skilled, then the answer is No.

Certain Players may and often do have a form of a "Tell" or a Reverse Tell.

The on line poker, with multitables, offer some situations like action at 3 or 4 tables at same time.
Sometimes an obvious fold or allin, take sometimes because you're in another table.
