Full tilt's "Random" card generator isn't random, but yet is programmed to deal certain beats to put people on tilt/bust people depending on a weird table#//seat# system?
Every time I always get a bad beat I can't forget I write LET IT GO, on my palm so I stop talking about it. lol. and bam there's my anger. hee hee.
They are random. You only feel the bad beats bc you remember then way too often. Programs are very math related to formulate all possibilities given in a random order. They are as random as poker seating. Change your luck around and let those bad beats roll of your shoulder.

The best thing is to leave it back and to continue with without remembering it. :thumbsup
You are right. I just a short time must to play and if really when you have " BAD BET" you remember, it by some time.

I'm not convinced that any of the Poker sites give a TRUE random generation, but definitely don't think that things are set up to favor one player over another.
(1) A better/longer remembering of bad beats that we take as opposed to those that we give. Surely you've made a few catches on the river that made some one else start swearing. You'd never think of about complaining about those, would you?
(2) There are MANY more hands played in a give time period online vs. live. And even online it can vary, to some degree, depending on the speed of play at your particular table. Faster the play, the more hands, the better the odds of a beat occurring.
Still, if you're letting bad beats, no matter how many -- and as long as they're not donk beats -- affect your game then maybe it's time to find a new game with a guarantee of surer outcomes. . .
This feeling of non-randomness may be the result of nothing more than a personal perception based on two things:

I think its not random, all poker sites ppl think r like tis,y play if ppl think its picked a winner already,i think u should just play ur cards😡😡
I firmly believe random number generation is a joke, put a withdrawl and cancel and play then see ..
I have played online for many years now and have heard this on EVERY site that I have played. I started on Party Poker and heard it all the time. I went to Pacific and heard it there. Bodog, Pokerstars, Players Only, Doyles Room, and even PurePlay has had its critics. Are ALL of these sites rigged? I have played live and had people complain about certain dealers. It goes on and on.
I think what it boils down to is people cannot handle varience and poker is a game of varience. Bad beats will happen in Texas Hold'em because that is part of the game. If you won every hand or every hand held up to the river then I think it would be a boring game. That is why the game was created: easy to learn; very difficult to master.
Just my 2 cents.

I believe that the card generator produces random results. Basically all generators are designed for Random Number Generation by some mathematical logic and then certified by an authority. A fraction of a second earlier or later, and the result would be different which might be in our favor or a “bad” bet. But we tend to remember “bad” bets more often and that's why we blame sites for losing our money.
Regardless of quick or slow I've watched some of the same sets show up in live games as shown in online. I don't believe it's rigged or I wouldn't continue to play. I've had some bad beats just like the next player, but I'm not gonna let it take me away from the game. Too much fun, and the money is a bonus if I win.
I don't think it's rigged, I think it just needs to be dealt with emotionlessly (if that's even a word!)

I feel that FTP has their software geared to evoke an element of surprise in hands. While they say that the card generation is random, I feel that the code that generates those cards are written by man and he can create whatever commands he so chooses. Thus, the river always doing someone in. That's what keeps people entertained, otherwise, it wouldn't be as exciting as it is now.

isn't the river always going to do someone in? - whether its online or b+m...with 2 in there will almost always only be 1 winner

It's not rigged. There are only 52 different cards in the deck. The same cards are going to come up often, and if you play often, you'll see them. How many times do you see AA and KK on the table at the same time...and then both hitting a set, or even quads at the same time? It's just going to happen when you play a lot of hands, and all you can do is play the probabilities and the players. A lot of the time we just don't fold a hand we may be beat on because it's so good...QQ, rainbow trash on the table...some fish is betting into you...and shows you a set of 4s at showdown. It's hard to lay down a big pair or two pair...but a little set beats you. It's not a bad beat...it's a better hand. It happens on real tables, and it happens online. We never consider it a bad beat when we WIN in the same situation...but the other guy bitches all day long about how you donked him. It's just poker.

I don't think that Full Tilt is "rigged" or I would not play there. If you think that it is rigged then why play a rigged game?
