After some dramatic play (including a bust that is going to be the stuff of World Series of Poker legend that we'll cover in more detail later,) the November Nine have been determined. These are the final nine player that will be playing for the top spot at the World Series of Poker Main Event in a few months.

FILIPPO CANDIO
JOSEPH CHEONG
JOHN DOLAN
JONATHAN DUHAMEL
MATTHEW JARVIS
MICHAEL MIZRACHI
CUONG “SOI” NGUYEN
JOHN RACENER
JASON SENTI

These nine players are going to be in combat for a total of $29,032,637 plus interest accrued from July 20th until the time the tournament is resumed in November. The payout schedule is as follows:

Sixth Place — $1,772,939
Seventh Place — $1,356,708
Eighth Place — $1,045,738
Ninth Place — $811,823

This year's Main Event prize pool is $68,798,600 and 747 players cashed in. The payout for 747th place was $19,263, a tidy return on investment.
