Massachusetts Rep Barney Frank, has reported in to the Poker Players Alliance and informed the group that although he will be introducing new poker friendly legislation in the near future, it will most likely need to wait until October at the earliest.

Many state's Representatives are on board, and you can help by prompting your representative to back the bill his or herself. The more support the Bill gains, the more likely it is to pass through the Democratically controlled Congress.
