Sometimes, when I 'm running that bad, I'll a raise in my BB, as long as it's not huge, with any 2 cards, just to try and change my luck. Figure I'm not gettin much anyway, and from the BB you already have some chips invested anyway, and sometimes you can win a big pot starting with garbage, and all of a sudden you start gettin hands. If not, you end the misery sooner. Hopefully you'll get a hot streak eventually to make up for that.

When I get card dead it's usually ever where, every table and every site.
I always played through the Pain and of being Card Dead and the Bad Beats. But I have recently decided enough is enough, when it rains it pours and I now step away for a day or so.
Nothing Lasts Forever.

I remember a tourney where I'd gone through 171 hands and my best hand was 10-10.
