Full tilt being sued in California

Reply Subscribe
Full Tilt, one of the most popular Internet poker operators, is being sued in California for supposedly using software bots disguised as players to win hands on the site, and for accusing legitimate players of operating as bots themselves.
An online poker player has filed a lawsuit against operator Full Tilt, in which the company is accused of being controlled from within the US and using software to control hand results. Lary Kennedy, a Full Tilt patron, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court against the company and pro players Howard Lederer, Phil Ivey, and Chris "Jesus" Ferguson. :warning

If you can't trust them, it's time to get out! Hopefully, online gaming bill passes and we have some oversight of these sites.

I'm betting the guy filing the lawsuit was caught cheating and is retaliating with a frivolous claim.

This is old news. FT kicked a couple of players off the site and confiscated their money because they were supposedly using "bots", so the two guys sued FT, accusing the site of using "bots". This happed at least a month ago...

That is why I stay away from Fulltilt. They will never get my money...I invest at Carbon Poker. Never heard of anything going wrong there.

I thought I had heard that this had been disproved and charges dismissed against FTP?
