What does it take???

I have posted and commented on this forum but still not unable to view the passwords and such... can I please get a definite requirements... I am only hoping that it doesnt take me 1000 posting and comments or a year waiting to met all requirements... I am not whining just hoping for a clear understanding how this goes...
