Views on cheating?

What is your view on people who for instance use the method of counting cards to increase their odds of winning? Is it cheating or could it be classed as another skill that is legitimate in playing certain games? Does it actually state anywhere in the laws that counting is prohibited?

This is another skill. The ability to count and to remember the count and then use it, is a skill.
How can you call that cheating?
You are not treading on another's right when you do this.

I can't think how that would be cheating.

In my vocabulary it's a skill, used to have a better chance of winning.

I don't think Casinos could legally call it cheating but of course they can ask you to leave their establishment and inform other casinos if you get noticed.
