I have been trying to find out what exactly the new laws are that are that are that are going into effect on December 1 of this year. I was wonder if some one could tell me or give me a link to the laws or some info on them. I have a pretty good amount of cash in different poker sites and I need to know if I should cash out or what. thanks for any input.
Well, this should make for some interesting reading, courtesy of the PPA:

With the way things are looking, I'd say you need to get your money now. With that link that Steve supplied, unless you understand all the legal speak, you won't be able to understand much. I've found when that is the case, it's time to get the heck outta dodge. I keep a small amount in several different sites, and then just keep move it around as needed. Works for me, but then I don't have much to worry about either. LOL!
In the case of (2) I would hope when that time has come time this whole ridiculous affair will have been straightened out and some common sense applied. . .
The nice part about not having a huge bankroll is that this isn't much of an impact on me. I'll probably be playing what I have for a while before either (1) it's been completely blown off or (2) it's worth cashing out.

Well thanks for the info, looks like I had better start cashing out my accounts I guess.
You can still play at the looser casinos like Full Tilt.
