Pdc poker or Carbon poker is a good beginner start.
At Full tilt poker you can join plenty of poker freerolls but competition is way higher at tournaments and ring games.
Another question is if you want rakeback on your account ?

Yes, if you want to start playing poker you should create an account at Carbon poker, as it has 6 daily freerolls (I think) that offer 200$ each. Players are not pros and the atmosphere is friendly.
