They are pretty reliable. They bought Nordicbet (Triobet included). They have various casino brands. So if anyone has ever tried Triobet, they can tell you everything.

I often play Betsson. Just like anywhere else you pay fees if you win. I have never encountered any limits. I even tried betting 1K euros, but no limits.

The win limit per bet is 100,000 Euro and the day win limit is 250,000 Euro and the week win limit is the sum of 500,000 Euro.
Cashouts:
Differs. If you make a bank transfer, you can only transfer 1000k euros per time.

In Germany Bet365 only charges 5 % if you win. no matter you have money on your account or not 😁

But there's other things. In Austria they bet in bars and restaurants. Sometimes they bet on really huge sums of money. And it sometimes happens via illegal bookmakers.
