In April 2008, a woman added her name to a list of people who can't trust themselves not to gamble and who are to be stopped from entering a casino if they try. She lasted one month.
In May 2008, and again in November, the woman, identified in court papers only as "J.Y.," gambled at the Atlantic City Hilton Casino Resort.
The second time, casino personnel recognized her as being on the self-exclusion list and escorted her out. But by then it was too late. The state Casino Control Commission fined the Hilton $10,000 yesterday for allowing the woman to gamble while on the list. The casino did not contest the fine and said it has taken steps to guard against it happening again. :dirol

She gets escorted out and the casino has to pay. I say let her play. LOL. Glad I don't live near a casino, because I would be homeless sleeping under the bridge. I love to gamble. X

The lady is a large woman. What next? She gonna sue McDonalds for letting her order 2 Angus beefs?
Macy's doesn't escort their paying customers out even though they are addicted to buying shoes and skinny jeans. McDonald's doesn't stop obese people at the door...sometimes this crap just doesn't make sense. If we'd all take personal responsibility instead of waiting for the government to mandate some law to keep us from hurting ourselves, things might make a bit more sense.

It is hard to hold a fish in front of a bear and not expect an immediate reaction. Some people are sick and need help to control their gambling if not eliminate it. Especially in times like these where the economy has been bad, people are gambling more than ever in the hopes of hitting it big when all they are really doing is diggin the hole deeper. Nobody wins when you gamble except for the hosting party😡😡😡😡😡!!
Add me to the list. That girl need to quit using her casino rewards card. It alerts the staff every time.
Can bars stop alcoholics from drinking? not really
People are addicted to smoking. Simple solution don't sell them cigs.
No need for self control just push the blame on someone else.
I hope she dropped 10 grand before they caught her.
